1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Fatwax Kreatif Medya Ltd (“PocketBot”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17284549), registered office 3010 Davenport House, 261 Bolton Road, Bury, Lancashire, BL8 2NZ, collects and uses your personal data. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What we collect

  • Enquiry and account data you give us: name, email address, phone number, business or profile name, industry, website, preferred languages, expected turnover, and anything you include in your message.
  • Files you upload, such as a logo or branding documents.
  • Transaction data if you become a customer (billing details, processed by our payment providers).
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How and why we use your data (lawful bases)

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or demo (legitimate interests, or steps to enter a contract).
  • To provide, manage and support the Services (performance of a contract).
  • To take payment and prevent fraud (contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation).
  • To improve and secure the platform (legitimate interests).
  • To send service messages, and marketing only where you have agreed (consent, or legitimate interests).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: payment providers who process payments (for example card processors, Google Pay, PayPal, banks); service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, email delivery, form processing); Telegram, where you use Telegram-based features, subject to Telegram’s own privacy terms; and authorities or advisers where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. International transfers

Where any provider processes data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses).

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping, then delete or anonymise it. Customer and transaction records are kept for the periods required by law (for example tax and accounting).

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No online service can be guaranteed fully secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us (section 11). You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We use cookies for essential site functionality and, with your consent, for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children

PocketBot is intended for business users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
