How to Checkout with Cash Using Western Union or Bank Deposit

At PocketBot, we offer a cash payment option for customers who prefer to pay via Western Union, MoneyGram, or bank deposit. Follow the steps below to complete your order securely.

*Please note* - If you're browsing our products and wish to checkout with cash, you can do so by using your PocketBot wallet funds. You can top your wallet up with cash by following these instructions.

🛒 Step 1: Go to "My account" and then "Wallet". Click "Top up" and choose the amount you wish to topup by, then select 'Pay with cash' on checkout.

*Please note* - Once your wallet has been funded, you are then ready, and can proceed to checkout using your wallet funds.

📄 Step 2: Enter the amount you wish to topup by.

1. Decide how much you want to top up, then click 'Add to wallet'.

2. Enter your correct contact and billing information, then proceed to "Payment options", and click "Pay with Cash (Western Union, MoneyGram, or Bank Transfer)".

3. Then, click "Place order".

Step 3: At this point, your order will be in the system and your funds will be added to your account once your payment has been approved.

1. You will be sent an automated email that contains details about your ORDER & TOPUP. This will include your ORDER NUMBER!

2. *IMPORTANT* - Please MAKE A NOTE of your ORDER NUMBER and use this as a REFERENCE when sending payment.

🏦 Step 4: Make Your Payment at a Western Union, MoneyGram, or Bank Location

1. Go to a Western Union, MoneyGram, or your local bank.

2. Provide the following payment details:

  • Payment Method: Western Union / MoneyGram / Bank Transfer
  • Payee Name: Fatwax Kreatif Medya Limited
  • IBAN / Account Number: TR210001500158007339460429
  • Bank Name: Vakif Bank
  • Payment Reference: [Your Order Number]

3. KEEP YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPT as proof of transaction.

📩 Step 5: Send Us Your Payment Confirmation

1. Once you've made the payment, send an email to payments@pocketbot.me or a Telegram App message to @pocketbotHQ with:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A photo of the payment receipt (or transaction reference).

2. Our team will verify the payment and confirm your order.

🚚 Step 6: Order Processing & Delivery

1. After confirming your payment, your order will be processed immediately and your wallet will be credited. .

2. You will receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter.

🔹 Important Notes:

  • Western Union & MoneyGram may charge a transfer fee (paid by the sender).
  • Always send the correct order number to avoid delays.
  • We do not accept third-party payments – your name must match the order details.

🎉 That’s it! Once we verify your payment, your TOPUP will be processed.
