Your customers pay you directly, exactly as they do now. PocketBot charges for the software and takes no commission on a booking, a subscription, a tip or anything else.

PocketBot is not a payment processor and does not hold your money. Taking card payments inside PocketBot is being activated progressively; everything else is settled directly between you and your customer. Card payments taken inside the platform are pending authorisation from our merchant provider.

A busy month costs the same as a quiet one. A booking you would have taken anyway does not become cheaper for us and dearer for you, and growing does not quietly raise the price of everything you already had.

Your customers pay you directly, exactly as they do today: cash, bank transfer, whichever arrangement you already have. Nothing routes through PocketBot, so there is no balance to withdraw and nothing to reconcile with us.

What the software costs depends on the setup, because an independent with one profile and an agency with three brands are not being sold the same thing. Tell us about the business and you get a proposal, itemised, before anything starts.
