Payments
Bookings and deposits, through connected services.
Payments reach your business through services PocketBot connects to, not through a payment product of our own.
Today, payment activity for businesses on the network runs through the existing Room33 flows. Further provider integrations are planned. What is available to any business depends on how its account is configured.
What we do not claim
- PocketBot is not a payment processor and does not hold funds
- There is no universal card acceptance and no "any currency" support
- Payments are not required to start using PocketBot
- Which methods a business can accept depends on its configuration and approvals
Available today
- Booking and deposit payment support through connected services
- The existing Room33 payment flows, for businesses on that network
- Payment links for anything that does not fit a standard action
- Records against the customer, so revenue is attributable

Not every line applies to every business. They all read from the same customer record.
Payments reach your business through connected services rather than a payment product of ours. Today that means the existing Room33 flows for businesses on that network, with further provider integrations planned. What any business can accept depends on how its account is configured and approved.

What is available depends on your configuration and the providers connected to it, so it is a conversation rather than a pricing page.
