Agencies

One system for the entire agency.

Run the agency, not the admin. Staff keep their own availability current, and every profile, website and listing follows automatically.

PocketBot becomes the operating system behind the agency you already have. It does not ask you to change how you take bookings.

What an agency day actually looks like

  • Staff constantly sending availability messages
  • Websites showing information that was true yesterday
  • Reception manually checking who is working
  • Enquiries spread across several phones and channels
  • Bookings recorded inconsistently, or not at all
  • Customers waiting too long for a reply
  • The same staff details duplicated across several websites
  • No clear view of revenue or activity
  • Overnight enquiries found in the morning, cold
  • Directories that do not reflect the live roster

What PocketBot does about it

  • Staff self-service availability, from their own phone
  • A live roster reception can trust
  • Central customer records, one per customer
  • Central enquiry management across channels
  • Booking coordination in one place
  • Human and AI receptionist options, per channel and per hour
  • Connected websites on your own domains
  • Q integration for real-time requests and quotes
  • Room33 distribution for additional discovery
  • Payments, deposits and content revenue
  • Reporting by staff member and by agency
  • Roles, permissions and multi-location support

The roster and the public profile are the same record. That is the entire reason the website stops going stale.

The parts an agency actually uses

Switch on what you need. Nothing here requires you to replace your existing team or telephone process.

Live roster

Available, busy, available later, offline, do not disturb, taking advance bookings. Set by the person, seen by everyone.

Enquiry routing

Requests reach a suitable staff member based on real availability, not a guess or a phone call.

Central customer records

One record per customer, with the history attached, so a returning customer is recognised.

Branded agency website

On your own domain, with individual staff profiles that update from the same source as everything else.

Optional AI receptionist

Human calls during office hours, AI messaging overnight, or no AI at all. Different settings per brand or location.

Revenue reporting

By staff member, by location, by revenue type. Bookings, deposits, content and tips in one view.

Questions

Before you ask

No. The AI receptionist is optional and off is a supported setting. Most agencies keep human telephone handling and use AI only for messages, or only outside office hours.

See it against your own roster.

A demonstration uses your real workflow, not a generic tour.
